Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-08

By accessing or using LinkMemo (the "Service") operated by onechunk ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

LinkMemo is a personal link management application that lets users save, organize, and search bookmarks. Free accounts are limited to 15 active links and 3 folders. Premium subscriptions remove these limits.

2. Account

You authenticate via a third-party provider (Google). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

  • Premium plans are billed by Apple (via the App Store, in the iOS app) or by Paddle.com Inc. / Paddle.com Market Limited (on the web) as the Merchant of Record, depending on where you subscribe.
  • Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Prices are in USD. Local taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) are added by Paddle where applicable.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your Paddle customer portal. Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to store or distribute illegal content, attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time; we will permanently remove your data within 30 days.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep your data safe, but you are responsible for keeping your own backups of important data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
