3-day refund window
You can request a full refund within 3 days of any purchase — monthly or yearly — for any reason. Just email us.
After 3 days
- Monthly subscription: cancel anytime; no partial refunds for the current period. You keep Premium access until the period ends.
- Yearly subscription: cancel anytime; no partial refunds for the current year. You keep Premium access until the year ends.
How to request a refund
Email onechunk.kr@gmail.com with:
- The email address used at purchase
- The Paddle order/receipt number (from the email Paddle sent after payment)
Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. EU/UK customers have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Rights Directive.
Customers in South Korea may withdraw a purchase within 7 days of payment under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. This right may be limited once use of the digital service has begun, to the extent permitted by that Act.
